Company Profile

Discovery Bay Equities, Inc., is a private, closely-held California corporation. We conduct business in the areas of real estate sales, real estate investment property, and professional services associated with real estate and Realtors. Our core business philosophy is to anticipate the needs of our clients, and meet those needs such that our clients are delighted.  Our clients provide the major growth in our corporation via repeat business and referrals.

We provide licensed professional real estate sales service in the Northern California region. Our Real Estate Sales Division (Lisa Hall is the licensee) provides these services through Intero Real Estate Services, one of the top real estate firms in the nation. Through our affiliation with Intero, we can also provide relocation and out-of-area Realtor referral services.

We engage in real estate investment property activities ranging from conservative "buy and hold" strategies to more speculative acquisitions.

We provide professional support services to Realtors, such as graphic design and marketing consultations, low-volume production of local marketing materials, and other services as requested.

The founders and principal officers of Discovery Bay Equities, Inc., are Howard and Lisa Hall.
