Discovery Bay Equities, Inc., is a private, closely-held California corporation. We conduct business in the areas of real estate sales, real estate investment property, insurance services, and related professional services . Our core business philosophy is to anticipate the needs of our clients, and meet those needs such that our clients are delighted.  Our clients provide the major growth in our corporation via repeat business and referrals.

We provide licensed professional real estate sales service in the Northern California region. Our Real Estate Sales Division provides these services through Intero Real Estate Services, one of the top real estate firms in the nation. Through our affiliation with Intero, we can also provide relocation and out-of-area Realtor referral services.

We engage in real estate investment property activities ranging from conservative "buy and hold" strategies to more speculative acquisitions.

We provide professional support services to our clients such as graphic design and marketing consultations, low-volume production of local marketing materials, and other services as requested.
